Lawn Technician

Job description

 Lawn Technicians will be responsible for treating and applying fertilizer and broadleaf weed control to clients. Follow list of jobs to be done. Engage with customers who may be home. Clean off any over applied product to driveways and sidewalks. Advise and educate customers on current lawn conditions (Mowing, watering, and any other recommendations)

 

Hourly Pay

Rates staring at $20 per hour and up! 3% commission on sales made in the field. Tips form customers with an exclusive tip app we use.

Customer Service

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, inquiries and signing customers up for services; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

 

Responsibilities

Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls and emails in a timely manner Follow communication best practices when handling different topics Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions Provide recommendations to upsell additional services Build sustainable relationships and engage customers with pride and professionalism Document details of all conversations in our customer service database Meet all minimum standards as defined by the company

 

Skills

  • Previous experience in the customer service industry – preferred but not required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office

Sales/Account Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

 

Responsibilities

Manage large amounts of emails, texts and calls. Follow up on communication, close sales. Clearly articulate features and benefits of our programs and services to potential clients, addressing their specific requirements. Provide recommendations to upsell additional services. Effectively navigate the sales process, from the point of contact through to the closing deal. Maintain accurate records of all sales

Skills

  • Previous experience in the customer service industry – preferred but not required
